Returns / Refund
If you wish to return an item purchased on the website www.valeriocanez.com, here are the conditions:
- Cash returns are not allowed. However, a store credit will be available in store in the name of the beneficiary / recipient for any other merchandise.
- The item must not have been used and must be returned to our Delmas store with its delivery packaging
- Delivery charges are not refundable.
- In case the item has been used, but the customer remains dissatisfied with its performance, the device will be tested by our after-sales service and evaluated according to the scale in force for its depreciation.
Warranty terms Category 1: audio devices (portable radios), Hi-Fi 3 months warranty. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short circuit, overload, current too low and intervention of technician not recognized by Valerio Canez S.A.
Category 2: Television 6 months warranty. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short circuit, overload, current too low and intervention of technician not recognized by Valerio Canez S.A or In case of mistreatment of the device (breakage).
Category 3: Air conditioners, Freezers, Electric refrigerators 1 year warranty. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short circuit, overload, current too low and intervention of technician not recognized by Valerio Canez S.A or In case of mistreatment of the device (breakage, poor cleaning, peak blow, etc.)
Category 4: Freezers, refrigerators with Propane or Kerosene 1 year warranty, Ammonia system included. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short circuit, overload, current too low and intervention of technician not recognized by Valerio Canez S.A.
Category 5: Gas and Electric Ovens 1 year warranty. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short circuit, overload, current too low and intervention of technician not recognized by Valerio Canez S.A., in case of button or valves broken by pressure, burners damaged by lack of cleaning
Category 6: Generators, Welder and Honda Pumps 6 months warranty including Material (filter and oil) free for first service after 8 days or 50 hours of use. The Warranty is no longer applicable in case of overload, misuse, poor installation, if the service is not done regularly every 150 hours (except pumps) or in case of intervention by unqualified technician.
Category 7: Yamaha or Fuji Generators 1 year warranty including Material (filter and oil) free for first service after 50 hours of use. The Warranty is no longer applicable in case of overload, misuse, poor installation, if the service is not done regularly every 250 hours or in case of intervention by unqualified technician.
Category 8: SDMO Generators 1 year or 1000 hrs warranty of use including Material (filter and oil) free for first service after 50 hours of use. The Warranty is no longer applicable in case of overload, misuse, poor installation, if the service is not done regularly every 250 hours or in case of intervention by unqualified technician.
Category 9: Inverters Warranty 1 year. The warranty is no longer applicable If the installation of the device is not done by VCSA If the inverter has been neglected, physically damaged or modified internally or externally If the inverter has been subject to fire, water damage, lightning strike, short circuit, overload, general corrosion, biological infestation or an input voltage exceeding the maximum or minimum limits If the labels of the inverter have been erased or altered
Category 10: Washing and drying machine Warranty 1 year. The warranty is no longer applicable In case of lightning, short circuit, overload, low current, poor installation or misuse, intervention of unqualified technician.
Category 11: Blender, Fan, Iron Warranty 1 month.
